I am guilty of:  Postponing growing up.

If I were a superheroine I would be: Storm, simply to control the weather around here.

I wish I’d known: That people aren’t joking when they say, “Stay in school as long as possible.”

The one item that has changed my life: The Cabbage Patch Horse my grandparents gave me when I was two. I’ve been hooked ever since!

My mother always said: Don’t depend on a man to take care of you—earn your own living.

The most important thing I ever lost:  My health insurance! No one preps you for that when you graduate from college.

Something most people don’t know about me:I hate to be by myself. The worst idea I’ve ever had: Getting a credit card. Yikes!

One thing I never want to do again: Live inland, unless by the mountains.

I still can’t get the hang of: Math.

My work: Assistant Adjunct Professor for the CofC Riding Program and Director of Riding Operations at Stono River Riding Stables.

My passion: Riding, whether it’s horses, snowboards, wakeboards, skateboards or surfboards. I like to ride!

My favorite possession: My close contact jumping saddle.

Last major purchase: Surfboard.

My theme song:  “Wild One,” by Faith Hill.
